Smoothies (Moo-licious Smoothies)

Ingredients

  • 4 oz low fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low fat milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen fruit

Preparation

Step 1

Blend together and enjoy, or try adding some of these fun options too:

Pinch of cinnamon
1 pack of flavored instant oatmeal
1 Tbsp low fat peanut butter
Substitute juice in place of milk
