Nacho Dip

This is an oven baked bean cheese dip.

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 8 oz. container sour cream
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz) can jalapeno bean dip (substitute one can refried beans)
  • 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
  • 5 drops Tobasco
  • 1/4 c. taco sauce
  • 1 1/4 c. (5 oz) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 1/4 c. (5 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, divided

Preparation

Step 1

Soften cream cheese, beat, add sour cream, beat til smooth, stir in bean dip, chili seasoning mix, hot sauce, taco sauce, ¾ c. Cheddar and ¾ c. Jack Cheese. Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 12X8X2 in. baking dish (I used large deep casserole bowl sometimes) Top with remaining cheeses. Bake at 325 for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
