Ingredients
- 1 box Signature French Vanilla Cake Mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 container Whipped White Frosting
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- fresh pineapple slices
Preparation
Step 1
Prepare cake batter according to package directions.
Mix in shredded coconut into the batter.
Fill cupcake liners 3/4 of the way with batter and bake according to package directions.
Let cupcakes cool and top with frosting.
Add pineapple wedge to top of each cupcake. Decorate with trimmed straws for a fun, tropical look.
