Ingredients
- 2 lbs pinto beans, washed and sorted
- 1 Pkg sliced bacon,cut off the ends(about 3 cuts on each end)
- 1 large onion, chopped coarsely
- 2 to 4 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 4 tsp salt
- water

Preparation
Step 1
Put all ingredient's into a 6 quart crock pot. Cover with water till almost at the top and cook overnight on low. If you need to, put the crock pot on warm if they will be served later the next day.
