Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen shredded hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 can of cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Preparation

Step 1

Mix hash brown potatoes and chopped onion together in a large bowl.
Mix remaining ingredients together in a separate bowl and pour over potato
mixture. Put in greased 13 x 9 pan and bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
