Ingredients
- 2/3 Cups Flour
- 2 tsp Baking Soda
- 2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 ½ tsp Salt
- 2 Cup Sugar
- 3 Medium Eggs
- 1/3 Cup Oil
- 2 ½ Cups Carrots, Grated
- 1 (8-oz) Can Crushed Pineapple, Drained
- ½ Cup Pecans, Chopped
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease & flour 2 (9-inch) cake pans. Mix first 5 ingredients until completely blended. Add remaining ingredients, beat with electric mixer on medium speed until batter is smooth and shinny.
Divide into pans and bake for 40 min or until tester inserted in middle comes out clean. Let cool & frost with cream cheese frosting.
