Ingredients
- 2 T olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups Italian plum or whole packed tomatoes
- 3 T. tomato paste
- 1 T. Fresh basil or 1 t. dried
- 1 t. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Simmer for 40 min. Press through fine sieve or food mill.
