Ingredients
- 2 cups pecans, pieces or halves
- 2 tablespoons Creole Seafood Seasoning (see recipe)
- 2 tablespoons Louisiana hot pepper sauce
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a medium bowl, mix pecans, Creole Seafood Seasoning, hot sauce and Worcestershire. Spread on a baking sheet and roast, stirring every 15 minutes, until dry and crispy, about 30 to 45 minutes. Cool to room temperature. Store in covered container.
Chef’s Tip: Use pecan halves to create a spicy snack.
