Sweet and Sour Spareribs

Ingredients

  • 3-4 # fresh pork
  • 1 1/6 c vinegar
  • 5 c water
  • 2 1/3 c sugar
  • dash soy sauce
  • 1 1/3 c ketchup
  • 1/2 T prepared mustard
  • 1/6 t ginger
  • 1/6 pkg corn starch

Preparation

Step 1

Cut meat into cubes and brown. Simmer until tender in enough water to cover. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Thicken with the corn starch if needed.
