Ingredients
- 1 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 Cup Butter
- 2 Tbs. Light Corn Syrup
- 12 Slices Bread
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 6 Eggs
- 1 1/2 Cups Milk
- 1 tsp. Vanilla

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a heavy saucepan, combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup. Heat ingredients over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. When the mixture reaches a boil, remove it from the heat and pour into the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Layer the bread slices into the glass pan and sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon. In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, and vanilla together until smooth and evenly combined. Pour the egg mixture over the bread. Bake 30-35 minutes, until puffed and golden.
