Mystery Biscuits

The mayonnaise and milk give this biscuit a very moist flavor.

Ingredients

• 2 Cups Flour
• 1 Tbs. Baking Powder
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
• 1 Cup Milk
• 1 tsp. Sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a baking sheet or a muffin tin and set aside. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Blend in mayonnaise, milk, and sugar until the mixture is creamy. Drop the dough by the tablespoon onto a greased pan or fill the muffin cups 2/3 full. Bake until golden brown, 18-20 minutes.
