Ingredients
- This is something different for P2, with spicy ginger the dominant flavor. Our recipe tester Tara writes "It makes you feel like you just shot yourself full of vitamins!" We call it "gingerful."

- Total time: 5 minutes
- 1/4 long cucumber (or approx 1/2-3/4 cup, diced)
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 thumb-size piece ginger, peeled (about 1 tablespoon chopped)
- 20 drops liquid stevia, or to taste
- 1/4 cup water
- A few ice cubes

Blend all ingredients until smooth.
