Ingredients
- Sauce:
- 7 lbs brisket of beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 3/4 cup ketchup
- 3-4 onions, sliced
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 dash red pepper
- 1 tbsp. chili powder
Preparation
Step 1
Brown meat under broiler. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over meat. Cook covered in 325 oven for 4-5 hours, adding more water and ketchup if necessary.
