Ingredients
- 1 package frozen broccoli or celery, or cauliflower
- 2/3 cup water
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 ounce Velveeta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil broccoli until tender; do not drain. Add flour to milk. Mix until smooth and stir into hot broccoli and water. Add cheese. Cover and et set for about 5 minutes, or until cheese melts. Stir and enjoy. This serves one and can be doubled or tripled.
