Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb meat of choice cut into 1 in. thick
  • 2 T vegetable oil
  • 2 T fresh lemon juice
  • 2 t brown mustard
  • 1 t honey
  • 1/2 t dried oregano
  • 1/2 t round black pepper
  • 1 med. onion - quartered
  • 1 med. green or red pepper - cut into 1 in. pieces

Step 1

Mix together oil lemon juice, mustard, joey, oregano, and pepper in bowl; add meat, peppers and pinions, stirring to coat. Alternately thread pieces of beef, peppers and onion onto skewers. Place kabobs on preheated grill 3-4 inches from heat. Grill 10 min. for medium rare.
