Ingredients
- 1 Box + 1 Cup powdered sugar
- 2 Cups peanut butter (chunky or creamy, your call)
- 1/2 lb. butter (2 sticks)

Step 1
With a mixer, cream butter, add peanut butter, then sugar. Roll into balls (scoop with 1 Tblsp measure for consistent size) and dip in melted chocolate or white chocolate. (Melt over double boiler) If you don’t use “dipping chocolate”, use 12 oz chocolate chips and add ½ slice paraffin wax. Sounds gross, but is really the way it has always been done.
