Ingredients
- Spice Mixture:
- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp thyme
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- For 4 Servings:
- 2 green peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 Tbsp seasoning mixture to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Spice Mixture:
Combine mixture and store in an air tight
container.
For 4 Servings:
1. Halve and seed peppers. Cut into 1/2" strips.
2. Melt butter and mix with 1 Tbsp seasoning mixture.
3. Preheat BURTON STOVE TOP GRILL. Cook
peppers over high heat. Brush with butter mixture and turn frequently until softened.
