Taco Fiesta Pizza

My husband loves this meat mix so much we use it in tacos, on pizza, and in flour wraps!

Ingredients

• 1 12" Boboli® Original Pizza Crust
• 3/4 lb. ground beef
• 1/2 c. chunky salsa
• 1/2 tsp. chili pepper
• 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
• Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and sliced olives (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 450° F.

Brown ground beef in skillet; drain. Stir in salsa and seasonings. Cook until heated through. Spread on pizza crust; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 10 – 12 minutes. Garnish with guacamole, sour cream, chopped tomatoes and sliced olives, if desired.

Alternate Methods
For 8" pizza crust, use 2/3 ingredients.
