Ingredients
- 2 1/2 lb red and/or yellow cherry or
- grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400°F. In large bowl toss tomatoes, with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place in baking sheet in a single layer. Roast 30-35 minutes, or until skins begin to wrinkle. Toss with basil. Season with additional salt and pepper, if desired.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
