Sauteed Artichoke Bottoms

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz can artichoke bottoms
  • 2 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. Fresh rosemary
  • Pinch dry oregano
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Pinch kosher salt
  • Pinch fresh black pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Drain and rinse artichokes. Heat remaining ingredients in pan until garlic begins to turn golden brown. Add artichokes. Saute slowly and gently for 4-5 minutes. Remove artichokes from pan and place them on sheet pan to cool.
