Chicken and Pico De Gallo Mini Shells - Jackie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cooked diced chicken
  • 1 med. avacado diced
  • 2 roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
  • 2 TBSP. chopped green onion
  • 2 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
  • 2 TBSP. mayo
  • 1 TBSP. vinegar
  • 1-2 TBSP. chopped cilantro
  • salt and pepper to taste.
  • 1 box mini fillo shells (15 in a box)

Preparation

Step 1

In a small bowl mix all ingred. Chill for at least 1 hour and then fill each shell. Can place a piece of cilantro on top of each filled shell.
