Ingredients
- 4 fresh or canned tomatillos, chopped
- 3/4 cup finely chopped yellow cherry tomatoes
- 2 roma tomatoes, finely chopped (about 2/3 cup)
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 fresh serrano pepper, see3ded and finely chopped
- 1 1/2 tea. snipped fresh cilantro
- 1 tea. lime juice
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl combine tomatillos, cherry tomatoes, roma tomatoes, red onion, chile pepper, cilantro and lime juice.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 24 hours.
