Lemon Catfish & Potatoes

Ingredients
- 2 lbs catfish
- 1 lb baby red potatoes, quartered
- 1/4 cup butter (or less), melted
- 5 Tbls lemon juice
- 2 garlic cloves
- garlic salt & pepper
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400.
Line a 10x15 pan with foil.
Mix butter, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings in a bowl and add potatoes.
Toss.
Place on pan and bake 30 minutes, turning often.
Push potatoes to one end and put fish in pan.
Pour liquid over fish.
Back for 20-30 minutes.
Serve with green beans
