Ingredients
- 4 tea. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 tea. ground red pepper (cayenne)
- 4 cups lightly salted dry-roasted peanuts
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oil in a 12" skillet over medium heat. Stir in Cajun seasoning and red pepper.
Stir in peanuts. Cook about 2 minutes, stirring constantly, until peanuts are evenly coated and hot,. Cool slightly.
Serve ware or cold. Store in ziplock up to 3 weeks.
