- 2 pounds hash browns, thawed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup melted oleo
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Topping
- crushed corn flakes
- melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
combine all ingredients and put in 9 x 12 baking dish
bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour
top with corn flakes in melted butter last half hour
