Mississippi Mud Squares

Ingredients

  • 1 (13.7 ounce) package fat-free fudge brownie mix (such as No-pudge)
  • 2/3 cup vanilla fat-free Greek yogurt
  • Cookings spray
  • 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup reduced-sugar chocolate fudge frosting (such as pillsbury)

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Combine brownie mix and yogurt in late bowl (batter will be very thick); stir until smooth.
Spread batter into an 8 inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Place frosting in a 1 cup glass measuring cup. Microwave at HIGH 30 seconds or until frosting is pourable; stir. Sprinkle brownies with marshmallows. Pour hot frosting over marshmallows. Cool pan on wire rack. Cut into squares.
