Pineapple Pie

Ingredients

• 1 Cup Powered sugar
• 1/2 Stick of Butter
• Pinch of Salt
• 1 egg
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/2 Cup heavy cream
• 1/4 Cup Powered Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Crushed Pineapple
• 1/4 chopped pecans
• 1 pie crust (Baked)

Preparation

Step 1

Cream together 1c pow. sugar & butter add egg, salt & vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Spread into Baked Pie crust & chill. whip cream till stiff. Blend in pow. sugar add pineapple & pecans. Spread over pie. Chill Throughly.
