Ingredients
- 1/2 cup vinegar. Not seasoned
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup shredded diakon radish
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 jalapeno
- 1/2 cup cilantro

Combine all ingredients and place in fridge for 2 hours. Serve cold.
