Ingredients
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup unsweetened (carton) coconut milk, almond milk, hemp milk
- 2 tbsp coconut flakes (unsweetened)
- 1/4 cup walnuts (halved or chopped) or raw sunflower seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Choice of berries, e.g., blueberries, blackberries, sliced strawberries, etc.
Preparation
Step 1
You will be surprised how filling this hot breakfast cereal can be, especially if coconut milk is used. Mix flaxseed, coconut milk, coconut flakes, and walnuts in bowl and microwave for 60 seconds. Top with cinnamon and berries. Top with additional coconut milk, if desired.
