Ingredients
- 500 g pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp water
- 2 tbsp honey
- juice from 1 lemon
- peanut oil
- salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- Ingredients (Marinade)
- 3 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Chinese cooking wine
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 tbsp ginger paste
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
Preparation
Step 1
1. Combine all marinade ingredients then pour mixture over the pork, set it aside and let it marinate for at least an hour.
2. Prepare a really hot wok then add peanut oil. Stir fry pork in small batches in very high heat, it would only take at max 1 minute per batch, once a batch is cooked set it aside.
3. Bring all cooked pork together then add the soy sauce, water, honey and scallions. Stir fry for 1 more minute turn off heat, pour lemon juice on wok, and give it a mix then serve.
