Ingredients

  • 3 large ripe bananas peeled, sliced
  • 1 cup washed strawberries stemmed, hulled
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (or sliced peeled kiwi - abt 2 kiwis)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 1/4 cups orange juice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup crushed ice

Step 1

Place all of the ingredients in the blender and process on high speed until smooth, about 30 to 45 seconds.

Pour into glasses and serve.

This recipe yields about 3 cups, or 2 to 4 servings.
