Ingredients
- 1/2 sick butter
- 3 chopped green onions
- 3 stalks chopped celery, some leaves
- 2 grated carrots
- 2 cans chicken stock
- 3 cans potato soup
- 8 oz grated yellow cheese
- parsley flakes
- salt, black pepper
- 8 oz sour cream few drops Tabasco sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Saute onions, celery, and carrots in the butter. Add chicken stock and simmer 30 min. Add potato soup, cheese, parsley, Tabasco,salt and pepper to taste. Stir in sour cream and simmer 15 min.
(I use chicken stock and whole potatoes, diced, instead of the soup, and boil after the veggies are sauted.)
