PORK CHOPS - WITH PINEAPPLE MARINADE

Ingredients

  • 4 pork loin chops, about 1/2" thick
  • 1/2 C. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 2 T. sesame oil
  • 2 T. brown sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 small piece fresh ginger, grated or 1 tsp powdered ginger

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place pork chops in a sturdy plastic bag. Combine marinade ingredients using the steel knife of a food processor, blender or mixer. Pour over pork chops and marinate several hours at room temperature or up to 6 hours in the refrigerator. Turn bag Several times to distribute marinade.

2. Preheat STOVE TOP GRILL. Remove meat from marinade and cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes on each side or until pork is cooked through.
