Ingredients
- 1/4 cup ground ancho chili powder
- 1/4 cup finely ground mocha coffee beans
- 2 TBS paprika
- 2 TBS brown sugar
- 1 TBS dry mustard
- 1 TBS kosher salt
- 1 TBS ground black pepper
- 1 TBS ground coriander
- 1 TBS dried mexican oregano
- 2 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 tsp dark cocoa powder

Preparation
Step 1
mix all together. Best if you grind fresh whole spices and coffee beans, but still yummy if you use already ground. Store in a jar. keeps longer in freezer
