Ingredients
- 1 T. black bean sauce with garlic
- 1 tsp. sesame oil
- 1 tsp. fennel seeds
- 1 pork chop (about 8 oz.)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Heat oven to 450°F.
2. In a small bowl combine bean sauce, sesame oil and fennel seeds. Season both sides of the chop with salt and pepper. Spread the bean mixture evenly on both sides. Place in an ovenproof skillet. Bake 10 minutes,
turning once, until cooked through.
3. To serve, slice pork away from the bone and drizzle any pan juices over the chop.
