Ingredients
- 2 Fresh lobsters, cooked chilled, picked and chopped
- 2 T butter + 1 T butter for finish
- 1/2 t Paprika
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 3 C Milk
- 2 T chopped parsley
Preparation
Step 1
1. In Medium sauce pan Sauté lobster in 2 T butter with paprika, salt and pepper about 2 minutes until paprika has fully colored butter and lobster
2. Add milk and bring up to boil - add 1 T butter and stir into soup
3. Serve into 4 bowls and garnish with chopped parsley
