Ingredients
- 3 TBS paprika
- 2 TBS Cumin
- 2 TBS coriander
- 3 TBS sugar
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cardamom
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp ground cloves
- 2 tsp nutmeg
- 4 tsp ground New Mexico red chili

Better if you grind your own from whole spices, but if not, try to use fresh. Mix together and store in cool dry place. Keeps well in freezer.
