Salmon Ball Recipe

  • Crushed Pecans
  • 1 – 16 oz. can drained, flaked red salmon
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 1 – 8 oz. pkg. low fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 C. finely chopped onions.
  • 2 tsps. horseradish
  • 1/4 tsp. salt (I omit this.)



Step 1

Put the ball in the center of the plate and surround with either veggies or crackers. Enjoy!

Mix it together, form a ball and put it in plastic wrap and refrigerate over night. Before serving, roll the ball in a chopped parsley and pecan mixture.
