Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp or small scallops
- 1/4 lb butter
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic in oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 pinch paprika
- 1 pinch parsley flakes
Preparation
Step 1
Place scallops or cleaned shrimp in a casserole. Melt butter and mix lemon juice and chopped garlic. Stir together. Pour mixture over scallops or shrimp. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, paprika and flakes.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
