Broccoli and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- 1/2 * 1/2 c chopped onion
- 10-12 * 10-12 chopped fresh mushrooms
- 2 * 2 T butter or margarine
- 1 * 1 box Uncle Ben’s Wild Rice and Long Grain
- 2 * 2 boxes chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 * 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 * 1 c shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 * 2 eggs
- * Salt and pepper to taste
- * Bread Crumbs

Preparation
Step 1
Saute onion and mushrooms in butter. Cook rice per directions on box. Add broccoli, soup, cheese, eggs, and onion/mushroom combo. Salt and pepper to taste. Top with bread crumbs and dot with butter. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
