When Chef Don tasted EJ's Pepper Mash Seasoning/Rub for the first time, he immediately said, "that would make a great BBQ shrimp dish." Less than a week later, he handed us a wonderful recipe to serve as an appetizer or as a main course. It's been a hit ever since. Ingredients

  • 1 pound of large peeled shrimp (raw)
  • 2 Tbsp of EJ’s Pepper Mash Seasoning
  • 1.5 Tbsp of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 stick of salted butter
  • 1/4 cup of dark beer
  • 1 French Bread

Preparation

Step 1

Saute’ shrimp in 2 tablespoons of butter on a high heat until shrimp turn pink/orange. Add remaining butter and melt. Add the Worcestershire sauce and beer. Bring to a boil. Add Pepper Mash Seasoning and cook for 3 more minutes. Serve with French Bread or over grits. Serves 2 -4.
