Ingredients

Peanut butter cookie roll
1/2 c powdered sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 t vanilla
orange marmalade
diced fruit

Step 1

cook peanut butter cookie into one big 'cookie'. Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and vanilla and spread on cooled cookie. Top with diced fruit and then the marmalade just before serving so it doesnt' get soggy.
