Whip Cream Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 20 Ritz crackers
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 pint heavy whipping cream
  • shredded candy bar or chopped nuts (topping)

Preparation

Step 1


Beat egg whites until they hold a firm peak. Then add sugar gradually. Add vanilla.

Finely crumble 20 crackers (plastic bag and rolling pin)

Pour crumbs in egg whites. Add baking powder, nuts and blend.

Bake in 8-9” pie plate at 350 degrees for 20-30 mins. Cool and add whipped topping.
