Ingredients
- 4-5 chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, boiled & shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can nacho cheese soup
- 4 oz can mild ortega green chiles, diced
- 1 dozen corn tortillas, cut into pieces
- 1-8 oz cheddar cheese, grated
- 3-4 shakes of onion powder
- jasmine rice-start cooking 35 minutes into baking chicken
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix soups, green chile, onion powder, chicken and tortillas in bowl. Put in a 13×9 dish. Top with grated cheese. Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake another 10 minutes or until cheese is a bit brown.
