Ingredients
- 4 About 4 potatoes sliced about 1/4 inch thick
- 4 boneless chops or what will fit in dish
- 1 large onion, thinly sliced
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2/3 cups milk

Step 1
brown chops in George Foreman or in fry pan
layer half of potatoes
half of onions
other half of potatoes
other half of onions
put chops on next
Mix both cans of soup and milk and pour over casserole. Season with salt and pepper.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or till potatoes are tender
