Sausage Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pound sausage
  • 4 Tablespoons four
  • 3 cups milk
  • Pepper and salt to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage in heavy skillet using a fork to keep sausage crumbly.
Drain off grease,leaving about 3 Tablespoons in skillet.
Blend in the flour and add the milk stirring constantly until gravy thickens.
Pepper and salt to taste.
