Ingredients

  • 3 cups soy milk
  • 3 tbsp. soy butter
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cups couscous
  • 1/2 cup chopped almonds (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Bring milk, butter and raisins to a boil. Add all op the remaining ingredients and return to a gentle boil for one minute. Remove from the heat, cover and let stand for ten minutes.
