Ingredients
- 1 10-oz package torn mixed salad greens
- 8 oz cooked chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1/3 c Asian vinaigrette salad dressing
- 1 11-oz can mandarin orange sections, drained
- 3 T sliced almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine greens and chicken. Add salad dressing; toss to coat. Divide greens mixture among four salad plates. Top with mandarin orange sections and almonds. Serve immediately.
