Ham Appetillas

Ingredients

• 1 pkg. large Burrito Tortellas
• 2 - 8 oz cream cheese
• 1/3 cup mayo
• 2 tblsp. chopped green onion
• 1/4 cup black olives - chopped
• 2 lbs. boiled ham

Preparation

Step 1

Remove tortella from refrigerator to get room tempature.
Combine cream cheese, mayo. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese on the tortella's.
Sprinkle with chopped olives and onions.
Arrange 4 slices of ham over the cheese and olive mixture.
Tightly roll up each tortella.
Wrap individual in plastic wrap.
Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
Serve cut into 3/4" diagonal slices.
Makes 48-50 slices.
