Holiday Party Mix (Trail Mix)

- 4 cups salted shelled pistachios
- 4 cups salted cashews
- 4 cups honey roasted peanuts
- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 2 cups thinly julienned dried apricots
- 1 cup thinly julienned crystalized ginger
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)
toss together the nuts, fruits, ginger, and chocolate chips, if using, in a large bowl.
Store in airtight containers until ready for use.
